I led a team of three to deliver BIG W’s More for Less always-on platform, engaging customers and communicating the brand’s main value proposition. I oversaw the owned-channel implementation and led the creative production, stakeholder approvals, QA, timelines and delivery.

This platform ran for almost two years. In testing, the assets were so strong that during this time we grew our remit from 12 to 60 deliverables per fortnight. To support this growth I created a templatised working file to drive efficiency.
